I’m a qualified chef with over 30 years experience. This book is part of a series of my personal collection of recipes, and was originally published as a website for my own benefit for a number of reasons:

I got sick of transferring It from book to book when they fell apart.
Web pages are heaps smaller than a word document & load up heaps faster than a Word Document as well.
So I could access my personal repertoire wherever I am In the world.
People would often ask for a recipe for something or another, I would always have to type it, Fax it, E-Mail it or something like that, so they’re all here, come & help yourself!
You are most welcome to come on in & browse about and enjoy some of splendors inside, if you require any assistance, tips or cheats, I will only be too pleased to help! there are so many more recipes that I haven’t put here yet, so if there is something in particular you are looking for let me know………Suggestions welcome, so is Feedback.

• NB. Temperature Conversions can be found at the end of this book.
NB. Weight Conversions can be found at the end of this book. Being that I am of Australian origin many of the recipes use metric weights and measures, some of them use US weights and measures. If in doubt, consult the Conversion Tables.
Being a chef by trade a lot of the recipes in here are made for bulk production. I have tried wherever possible to calm them down for domestic use.
